Global Classroom provides trained graduate and undergraduate international students, including Fulbright scholars, to make curriculum-related presentations in your school.
As authentic voices representing their cultures, Global Classroom speakers are able to contribute a great deal to schools with multi-ethnic or high immigrant populations. They can serve as role models for newly-arrived immigrant students as they discuss their own adjustment issues. With the dramatic increase in foreign-born children entering the NYC school system, Global Classroom's related professional development workshops are also a practical tool for helping teachers better understand their students' educational and cultural backgrounds.
Bring Global Classroom into your school.
